The act took place at EPSE’s main office located at Agustín Gnecco 350 sur in the capital, and also took place according to Resolution no. 22/18 that corresponds to File no. 20/18 for the provision of a) two 132/33 kV – 100/100 MVA transformers for the electric substation at Ullum Solar I and b) two 132/33 kV – 100/100 MVA transformers for the electric substation at Solar Tocota I.
The envelope opening table was made up of Jorge Quattropani, Oscar Adrover, Miguel Gil, Alfredo Ibazeta, Patricio Echegaray, and Maria Silvia Sarmiento, who documented the results.
Six bids were received for the tender:

The bid from Vasile & Compañia S.A.C.I. was refused by the opening table due to formal errors in the maintenance safety section. The 5 remaining companies have complied with all of the formal requirements and now await decision from the evaluation commission, which will reach its decision in the upcoming days after technical and economical evaluation. Award will come on behalf of EPSE’s board.
