The Ullum IV Solar Park went into operation this past week in the province. It is the 15th park to be commissioned in Argentina since 2016 and the 43rd related to renewable energy.
It was constructed by Sidersa S.A. and has 43,848 PV panels of the brand Hanwha Q Cells at 365 Wp of power. It is located on a parcel of land sized 1.094 hectares and runs alongside other solar parks on the outskirts of the capital of the province.
Today there are 141 renewable-energy-related projects that have entered into commercial operation and those that are under construction. These projects represent 4,788 MW and an investment of around 7.2 billion dollars. There are 98 projects under construction for a total power of 3.567 MW and 5.4 billion dollars worth of investment.
